DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build, assemble, and finish custom furniture pieces to high standards
• Read and interpret technical drawings and measurements accurately
• Operate and maintain woodworking machines and hand tools safely
• Select appropriate materials and ensure proper cuts and fitting
• Maintain work accuracy and structural durability
• Lead a small team when required and oversee production quality
• Solve on-site problems quickly and effectively
• Work efficiently with minimal supervision, meeting deadlines
• Keep the workspace clean and follow all safety protocols

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in furniture carpentry
• Proven ability to work independently and supervise others when necessary
• Strong understanding of wood types, joints, cutting, and assembly
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Capable of delivering precise, clean, and strong finishes
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
