Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate management or property care
• Basic knowledge of tenant relations and property maintenance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Trustworthy, punctual, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily upkeep of the property and ensure cleanliness
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues
• Liaise with tenants and service providers
• Ensure security and safety protocols are followed
• Maintain records of property-related activities
