Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Engineer based in Kampala. The Software Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications, focusing on back-end web development and object-oriented programming. Daily tasks include coding, debugging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design technical solutions. Some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Computer Science and Software Development
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development
- Expertise in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Android Development
- Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
