Description

Key Responsibilities
• Provide Level 1 & 2 support via phone, email, and on-site visits.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install & configure computers, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
• Support XenFi platform users (billing, PPPoE, hotspot, integrations).
• Perform preventive maintenance and system checks.
• Prepare documentation and support reports.
• Conduct on-site network setups and surveys.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecom Engineering.
• 1–3 years’ experience in technical support roles.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPN, VLANs.
• Proven experience with MikroTik (RouterOS, firewall, routing, hotspot).
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Excellent customer service & communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
