Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and organized Procurement Officer to manage sourcing, purchasing, and vendor relationships for our operations in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in procurement, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 3 years
Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
• Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align purchasing with budget and operational needs
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (recommended)
• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain roles
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Familiarity with procurement software and inventory systems
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Integrity, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset
