Requirements:  

• Degree in procurement / purchasing / supplies any other related field. Diploma in clearing & forwarding will be an added advantage.
• Certificate from kra on the use of icms, kentrade etc. Is a must.

Experience:  

• 3+ years experience working in import/export busy manufacturing environment.

Salary:   Kshs. 80,000 - 120,000 depending on the experience plus other company benefits

Duties/responsibilities:  

• Imports & exports officer main role is to execute and manage international trade operations of the company by handling logistics of importing and exporting goods, preparing custom documentation and streamlining supply chain processes by performing the following responsibilities:- doing proforma invoice booking. Preparing idf applications.
• Doing marine applications.
• Updating all imports and exports files. Reconciliation of treo (tax remission export officer doing material sourcing and negotiations.
• Following up on shipments and maintain a tracker. Doing treo applications and reconciliations.
• Preparing bond application and reconciliation.
