Description
Cricket Uganda seeks a Head Coach to lead the Men’s National Team on a fixed-term contract. The role involves high-level performance, talent development, and success on the international stage while upholding Ugandan values and pride.
Key Duties Include:
- Lead and prepare team for TEC C Regional competitions.
- Manage coaching/support staff and technical readiness.
- Build a high-performance culture and strong team management.
- Support player pathways from U19 to senior team.
- Execute selection policies and inspire excellence.
- Oversee player development, tours, and performance reports.
- Promote CU values through professionalism, media, and community.
