About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven Salesperson to join our Nairobi-based team within the Logistics and Supply Chain industry. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships in fast-paced, multicultural environments. This role focuses on selling logistics solutions, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics sector
* Sell logistics services such as transport, warehousing, cargo handling, or freight support
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business
* Present, promote, and sell logistics solutions to potential customers
* Conduct market research to understand client needs and logistics trends in Nairobi
* Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned timelines
* Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations
* Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
* Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM entries

Requirements
* Proven experience in sales — preferably in logistics, freight, supply chain, or transportation
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong time-management and organizational abilities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics
* Minimum [X] years of sales experience in any industry (logistics preferred)
* Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is an added advantage
