Key Responsibilities
  •  Hunt for new business opportunities in corporates, institutions, and emerging markets.
  •  Build, nurture, and grow client relationships—turn prospects into loyal customers.
  •  Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to hit and exceed targets.
  •  Conduct market research to uncover trends, competitor moves, and new opportunities.
  •  Prepare persuasive proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  •  Work closely with the marketing team to leverage campaigns that generate leads.
  •  Track your pipeline, report on wins and opportunities, and continuously optimize your approach.
  •  Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry meetups to expand our footprint.
  •  Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Who You Are
  •  A natural hunter with proven experience in sales or business development (3+ years).
  •  Results-driven—your success is measured by the deals you close.
  •  Excellent communicator and negotiator with a persuasive presence.
  •  Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities others might miss.
  •  Self-motivated, resilient, and thrives under pressure.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
