Key Responsibilities

  •  Develop and execute online marketing strategies to promote Tekiria’s products and increase brand visibility.
  •  Create compelling stories around our products and transform them into engaging marketing campaigns that convert.
  •  Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  •  Create and post high-quality content including photos, videos, and captions that align with our brand tone.
  •  Set up and manage online ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive traffic and sales conversions.
  •  Build and manage the company’s online store or e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings are up-to-date and optimized.
  •  Engage with customers online, respond to inquiries promptly, and close sales through digital channels.
  •  Analyze performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates) and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  •  Collaborate with the design and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.


Qualifications and Skills

  •  Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
  •  2+ years of experience in online or digital marketing, preferably in retail, fashion, or branding sectors.
  •  Strong storytelling skills — ability to create content that connects emotionally and drives sales.
  •  Proficiency in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, etc.).
  •  Experience with digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
  •  Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and basic website management.
  •  Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  •  Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results and measurable performance.
