- Northern Region (based in Gulu or Lira, covering districts in Acholi, Lango, West Nile etc.)
- Central Region (based in Kampala or surrounding areas)
- Western Region (based in Fort Portal, Mbarara or Hoima)
- Eastern Region (based in Mbale, Soroti or Jinja)

We are expanding our sales footprint and are seeking dedicated Regional Sales Agents for each of Uganda's four major regions: Northern, Central, Western, and Eastern. Each agent will focus exclusively on their assigned region to drive local market penetration and growth.
Job Summary
As a Regional Sales Agent, you will be the face of Job Giant in your region. You will proactively identify business opportunities, promote our recruitment and HR services to companies, institutions, NGOs and SMEs, build lasting client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
This role requires strong local market knowledge, extensive travel within the region and a passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and target potential clients (private companies, government institutions, NGOs, schools, factories etc.) within your assigned region.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations to demonstrate Job Giant's platform features, job posting packages, talent database access, and customized recruitment solutions.
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for revenue, new sign-ups, and service renewals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Gather market intelligence on hiring trends, competitor activities, and regional business needs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales pipeline using provided tools/CRM.
- Attend local business events, trade fairs, chamber meetings and networking sessions to promote the brand.
- Collaborate with the central team in Kampala to align on promotions, campaigns and reporting.
- Provide regular updates on regional performance, challenges and success stories.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Commerce or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B services, recruitment, HR solutions, advertising or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of the business landscape and dynamics in your target region (Northern, Central, Western, or Eastern Uganda).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (English and relevant local languages are an advantage).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic digital tools.
- Valid driving license and access to reliable transport for extensive regional travel.
- Previous experience in recruitment sales or job platform services is a strong plus.
