Job Summary

You’ll be responsible for introducing property owners, managers, landlords, agents, and real estate companies to Centresidence Property Management Software. Your main goal is to get them signed up on the platform and as long as they continue to use our system, you earn recurring commissions for 4 years.This is a 100% commission-based remote role.

  • Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Centresidence to potential users through calls, presentations, social media, events, and networking.
  • Identify real estate companies, agencies, property owners, managers and onboard them to the platform.
  • Act as an account manager by providing basic support to clients you bring in and guide them through account activation and usage.
  • Maintain engagement with your signed-up clients to reduce churn and increase your commissions.
  • Report performance and client feedback to your team leader.
  • Train your onboarded clients on new platform features once released.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales or marketing experience is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry is a bonus.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined and commited.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working remotely.
