Job Description 

Manages equipment planning, investment, technical construction, and talent echelon development; ensures system compliance and operational readiness; and handles interactions with government entities, tax, and customs clearing.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure HSE compliance; implement and audit equipment systems.

  • Investigate accidents and track corrective measures.

  • Prepare and manage equipment development and investment plans.

  • Organize budget reviews, track equipment delivery, and conduct post-evaluation.

  • Manage asset capital investment, scrapping, and inventory.

  • Handle technical bidding and research new industry technologies.

  • Supervise special equipment and technical talent development.

Qualifications

  • College degree or above.

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.

  • High political quality, strong sense of responsibility, and confidentiality.

  • Strong writing, logical thinking, and communication/coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in computer knowledge and English (required for the job).

  • Must possess required physical and mental health conditions.

  • Priority given to candidates with overseas experience.

  • Must have solid experience dealing with government entities and, preferably, knowledge of tax and customs clearing.
