Job Description/Requirements
We are seeking a Senior Field Technician to join our dynamic technical team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in network installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of wireless and fiber infrastructure. You will lead field operations, mentor junior technicians, and ensure high standards of service delivery.
Oversee and perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of wireless and fiber networks.
Conduct site surveys, link planning, and line-of-sight assessments.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure minimal service downtime.
Supervise and train field technicians to maintain high technical standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of installations, service calls, and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with the NOC and support teams to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during field operations.
