Minimum Requirements

Education: Diploma and above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

Proven experience in motor rewinding, repairing, and maintenance.

Strong knowledge of electrical motors, coils, insulation, and troubleshooting.

Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment is an added advantage.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Rewind, repair, and maintain electric motors and related equipment.

Conduct diagnostic assessments on faulty motors and determine repair requirements.

Perform coil winding, insulation, varnishing, and assembly of motor parts.

Maintain motor performance records and service reports.

Ensure all repairs meet quality, safety, and operational standards.

Support the maintenance team with other machine repairs when needed.
