JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and customer- oriented tele sales representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers . You will play a key role in increasing revenue by generating leads and closing sales over the pone and emails.
KEY RESPONSIBITIES
- Making outbound calls to sell company services to potential clients.
- Respond to inbound customer inquires and provide service information.
- Follow up leads and previous interactions to close sales.
- Meet daily , weekly, and monthly targets.
- Handle customer objections and provide solutions or escalate issues as necessary
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve performance.
- Collect and report customer feedback for continuous improvement.
