Hostan Design Concepts (U) Ltd is a leading web design company in Uganda, known for delivering modern, functional, and visually compelling websites for businesses across different sectors. We are expanding our sales team and looking for driven individuals who can convert demand into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and pitch to businesses that need website solutions.
Clearly communicate the value of our web development services and packages.
Manage leads from first contact to closing the sale.
Maintain consistent follow-ups and build ongoing client relationships.
Hit and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Confidence, persistence, and self-motivation.
Basic knowledge of websites and digital services (we’ll train you).
Previous sales experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
