Description
LAFAB Solutions is hiring 100 Field Sales Representatives to market and sell MTN Business Wi-Fi solutions including routers, MiFi devices, and fiber internet packages. The role involves moving in the field, identifying potential clients, demonstrating products, closing sales, and providing after-sales support.
Compensation:
Facilitation Provided + Monthly Retainer + Commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients such as homes, offices, and businesses.
- Promote MTN Business Wi-Fi products (routers, MiFi, fiber).
- Demonstrate product benefits and prices clearly.
- Generate leads, close sales, and meet targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up on renewals.
Requirements:
- Good communication & persuasion skills.
- Confidence in field marketing and sales.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
