JOB SUMMARY
The Field agent is responsible for conducting field activities , engaging with clients, collecting data and supporting the implantation of organizational programs and services at the grassroots level. The role involves frequent travel within assigned regions and requires strong communications , and problem solving skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Mobilize and educate communities about company product , services or development programs.
- Provide customer service and respond to inquiries or complaints in the field.
- Hitting daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Support training , surveys , outreach or promotional events.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and government regulations.
