What You’ll Do
● Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, Reels, Stories, TikToks, carousels, etc.) on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest
● Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) using smartphone or basic camera setup
● Perform photo & video editing (cropping, color correction, adding text/overlays, simple transitions, music, captions) using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, or similar
● Develop and execute monthly content calendars
● Grow followers, boost engagement rates, and drive traffic/conversions
● Monitor trends, memes, and platform algorithm changes to keep content fresh and viral-ready
● Run paid social media ads (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.) – experience is a plus
● Analyze performance using native analytics + tools like Later, Planoly, or Google Analytics and report weekly/monthly insights
● Collaborate with the team on campaigns, product launches, and user-generated content initiatives

Who You Are
● 1–3 years of hands-on social media marketing experience (agency, brand, or freelance)
● Proven track record of growing accounts and creating viral/high-engagement content
● Comfortable being on camera
● Proficient in mobile and desktop editing and graphic design tools (CapCut, Canva Pro, Premiere Rush, Photoshop/Lightroom basics, InShot, VN, etc.)
● Strong understanding of current social media trends, sounds, and best practices
● Excellent written and visual storytelling skills
● Data-driven – you love checking insights and optimizing based on what works
● Self-starter who can ideate, film, edit, and post without heavy supervision
● Bonus points if you have experience with UGC-style content, community management, or influencer outreach
