Job Description
• Receptionist – answering of phones and taking messages
• Secretarial support to the branch staff
• General administration of the branch
• Invoicing and filing of sales orders
• Create purchase orders
• Recon and maintaining a cash float for daily expenses
• Process Credit card payments
• Minutes of meetings
• Loading cash clients on Accpac
• Transfer stock request in absence of Branch Manager
• Stock Requisitions
