Quantity Surveyor (4)

JOB DETAILS: Overall Purpose: To manage all costs related to the project, from initial calculations to the final figures, ensuring value for money while meeting legal and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. Perform cost planning, budgeting, and cost control. Measure and value work in progress for interim payments. Evaluate variations, change orders, and claims. Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare final accounts and cost reports. Advise on procurement and contractual matters. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or similar. 8-12 years of experience in major civil/oil & gas projects.
