Victoria University is hiring a Student Talent Development Specialist to play a central role in preparing students for the evolving world of work by equipping them with the professional competencies, mindsets, and tools needed to thrive in diverse workplaces. This role blends career coaching, personal development, and experiential learning design to develop high-potential, future-ready graduates aligned to global industry expectations. The Student Talent Development Specialist collaborates closely with faculty, industry partners, and student affairs teams to deliver impactful development programs, and ensures continuous learning pathways that promote growth in leadership, emotional intelligence digital literacy, and workplace behaviour. Professional training programs
A good Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources Development, Industrial Psychology, Social Sciences, Business, Career Guidance or related field.
At least Minimum 3 years’ experience in career development, student success, leadership training, human capital development, student engagement, people management or team coordination with a demonstrated ability to support individuals in achieving growth and development goals.
