is seeking an experienced

Station Supervisor

for our client in the petroleum sector to manage daily operations, oversee inventory, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of station staff to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor inventory levels, reconcile sales and collections, and report any discrepancies.

Oversee cash handling and ensure all transactions are processed accurately.

Maintain site cleanliness and ensure all equipment is properly functioning.

Conduct daily product quality checks, including density and water testing.

Ensure accurate display of fuel prices and compliance with company pricing policies.

Enforce adherence to safety, health, and operational standards at the station.

Verify that all safety equipment (fire extinguishers, sand buckets, etc.) is in good order.

Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.

Act as deputy to the Site Manager in their absence to ensure continuity of operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) or equivalent qualification.

2–3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the petroleum sector.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to operational excellence.

Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
