Home Harvest is hiring a Sales Agronomist – Eastern Region to drive growth and support farmers in the Eastern Region.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell Home Harvest seeds to farmers & agro-dealers

Provide agronomic guidance (spacing, fertilizer use, pest & disease management)

Support farmer demos & trainings

Keep accurate sales records and submit daily reports Build strong customer relationships & handle inquiries

Stay updated on Home Harvest’s product portfolio

Requirements

Diploma in Agriculture (Crop), Agribusiness, or related field

2+ years of sales experience in agriculture (private sector preferred)

Strong customer service & communication skills

Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)

Ability to explain technical products in simple terms

Location: Eastern Region, Uganda Position Type: Full-time
