Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on painting experience (interior and/or exterior)
- Knowledge of different paint types, tools, and surface prep techniques
- Ability to read and follow paint specifications or work orders
- Experience with both brush/roller and spray painting methods is a plus
