Norbrook Laboratories Limited is hiring a Marketing Manager to play a key role in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that drive growth, market share, and profitability. Working closely with the Regional Director and Commercial teams, you will translate high-level strategies into actionable plans, oversee campaign execution, and ensure strong brand positioning across product categories.

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Kenya or Uganda
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and commercial strategies for East Africa.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence.
Manage New Product Introductions (NPI) in collaboration with
R&D and Project Management Team.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
Monitor and measure performance using KPls, adjusting strategies for optimal outcomes
Manage budgets and resources to maximise ROI.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager in the Pharmaceutical industry preferably in Veterinary medicine
Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience in budget management and project execution.
Commercial mindset with the ability to handle both strategic
