Nina Interiors is seeking a dynamic and visionary Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing strategy and elevate our brand presence in a competitive market. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Head of Marketing will oversee all marketing initiatives, including brand development, digital marketing, content creation, and strategic partnerships. This role demands a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented leader to amplify Nina Interiors’ reputation, drive customer engagement, and fuel business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Nina Interiors’ business goals and brand vision.

Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities to position Nina Interiors as a market leader.

Set measurable KPIs and manage the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.

Brand Management

Elevate and maintain Nina Interiors’ brand identity, ensuring consistency across digital platforms, print materials, and physical showrooms.

Craft compelling brand stories that resonate with homeowners, designers, and procurement officers.

Lead rebranding initiatives, if applicable, to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

Oversee digital marketing campaigns across platforms like X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing to foster engagement.

Ensure frequent website updates to reflect brand offerings and expertise.

Drive content strategy, including blogs, videos, and visual storytelling, to showcase Nina Interiors’ design expertise and product offerings.

Leverage platforms like X to engage audiences with trending design topics and build a community around the brand.

Partnerships & Sponsorships

Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and industry stakeholders to amplify brand reach.

Oversee sponsorship initiatives, such as design-related events or industry expos, to enhance visibility.

Manage brand awareness through activations and campaigns.

Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, agencies, and partners.

Customer Engagement & Retention

Develop campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones through personalized marketing and loyalty programs.

Utilize CRM tools to analyze customer data and tailor marketing efforts to diverse audience segments.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and accountability.

Collaborate with sales, design, and product development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Manage external agencies and freelancers to supplement in-house capabilities as needed.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies and report outcomes to senior leadership.

Monitor and grow brand equity.

Stay ahead of marketing trends, particularly in digital and social media, to keep Nina Interiors innovative.

Community Engagement

Incorporate corporate social responsibility, value-driven, and sustainable initiatives into the brand strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).

7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

Expertise in digital marketing, including social media platforms (e.g., X, Instagram), SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).

Strong creative vision with an eye for design, aligning with Nina Interiors’ aesthetic and brand ethos.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build relationships with stakeholders.

Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to inform strategy and measure success.

Familiarity with the interior design, real estate, construction, or lifestyle industry is a plus.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
