Uganda National Oil Company (UNOC) is hiring a Manager Social and Sustainability with the following duties and responsibilities;

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and evaluate progress of sustainability management strategy

Coordinate sustainable organizational practices/programs

Implement social studies and human rights impact assessments

Lead stakeholder engagement and community outreach

Conduct environmental sustainability research and impact surveys

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, Masters degree preferred

At least 8 years of experience in corporate social management

Knowledge of Oil & Gas Industry Value Chain
