Bondrich Advisory Group Ltd is seeking a highly strategic and seasoned Manager Creative and Graphics Design with a deep background in the Manufacturing and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors. You will be the creative visionary responsible for developing and executing a powerful visual identity that drives brand recognition, supports product launches, and resonates with B2B and B2C audiences in highly competitive, fast-paced environments. Your portfolio must demonstrate a proven track record of creating compelling design systems that translate complex industrial or product-based messages into clear, impactful visual communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and govern the overall visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints from product packaging and trade marketing materials to corporate brochures and digital platforms.
Lead the creative strategy and execution for integrated marketing campaigns, including new product launches, point-of-sale (POS) materials, trade show assets, and corporate branding for manufacturing clients.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and efficiency. Oversee project workflows and resource allocation.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to understand business objectives and translate them into high-impact creative solutions that drive lead generation and sales.
Manage relationships with external vendors, including printers, packaging manufacturers, photographers, and advertising agencies, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Create and maintain comprehensive design systems, templates, and brand guidelines tailored for the Manufacturing and FMCG landscapes.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in graphic design, with at least 5 years in a managerial or lead creative role.
A robust portfolio is non-negotiable and must showcase extensive work within the Manufacturing and/or FMCG industries.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant design software.
Deep understanding of print production processes, color management, and pre-press requirements specific to packaging and large-scale marketing collateral.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and how design directly influences consumer behavior and sales in the FMCG/Manufacturing space.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
