FH Association is hiring a Human Resource Graduate Trainee to support the Human Resources Department in delivering efficient HR services across various functional areas, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, records management, learning and development. and HR compliance. The position is designed to provide hands-on experience and practical exposure to core HR processes while contributing to the department’s strategic objectives.

Contract Length: 6 months

Reports to: Human Resource Assistant
Key Result #1 – Recruitment and Onboarding
Support in preparing job adverts, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
Assist in conducting reference checks and compiling recruitment documentation.
Support onboarding and orientation sessions for new staff.
Support in maintenance of up-to-date records of staff induction.
Key Result #2 – HR Administration and Records Management
Support in the updating of employee files.
Support in tracking dispatched of staff documents and return of the signed documents.
Support in the preparation of HR-related correspondence, memos, and reports.
Key Result #3- Employee Engagement and Welfare
Support the coordination of staff welfare initiatives, team-building activities, and engagement surveys.
Assist in collecting and analysing employee feedback to improve the work environment.
Key Result #4 – Learning and Development
Support the coordination of training logistics and post-training evaluations.
Key Result #5 – Performance Management
Support in receipt and filing of staff appraisal documents.
Assist in compiling performance-related data and summaries.
Key Result#6: HR Policy and Compliance
Support awareness sessions on HR policies and organizational values.
Assist in ensuring compliance with internal policies and Labor regulations.
Key Result#7: Other Duties
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as may be assigned.
Participate in organizational initiatives and special HR projects

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Maintains an attitude and behavior in accordance with FH values and principles
Qualification: Education and Experience
University degree in Human Resource, Social Sciences, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration.
Recent graduates (2022-2025) are encouraged to apply
No experience required but should demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
Volunteer experience in a related function is an added advantage
