Overview

HandyBees is expanding its service network and looking for skilled, trustworthy, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Home Cleaning & Housekeeping team.

Requirements

• • Experience in cleaning or housekeeping (preferred)

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Good hygiene and attention to detail

  • Respectful, punctual, and reliable

  • Basic knowledge of cleaning tools and products

  • National ID or valid identification

Skill & Experience

• • Thorough Cleaning Techniques
    Knowledge of proper methods for cleaning floors, windows, furniture, bathrooms, and kitchens.

  • Attention to Detail
    Ability to spot dirt, stains, or clutter that may be overlooked by others.

  • Time Management
    Ability to complete tasks efficiently without compromising quality.

  • Organization Skills
    Capable of tidying and arranging spaces for a clean, orderly look.

  • Knowledge of Cleaning Products & Tools
    Understanding which chemicals or materials are safe and effective on different surfaces.

  • Personal Hygiene & Cleanliness
    High standards of self-care and workplace cleanliness.

  • Communication Skills
    Basic communication to understand client instructions or give feedback when needed.

  • Respect for Privacy & Property
    Professional behavior and trustworthiness in clients’ homes.

  •  

  • Preferred Experience

    • At least 6 months to 1 year of prior work in cleaning or domestic work (homes, hotels, offices)

    • Familiarity with daily, weekly, and deep cleaning routines

    • Experience working with families or individuals

    • Background in hospitality or janitorial services is an added advantage
