Finance Officer

Kilimall is hiring a Finance Officer with the following responsibilities;

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Establish HR systems (recruitment, contracts, payroll) compliant with Ugandan laws.
2. Lead office setup (location selection, procurement, logistics) for Uganda site launch.
3. Manage recruitment via local channels to build teams and talent pools.
4. Bridge HQ-local operations: Report progress, align systems, and implement corporate culture.
5. Ensure compliance: Audits, records management, and risk control.
6. Oversee daily operations: Admin systems, vendor management, and cost control.

Requirements

1. Relevant bachelor’s in finance or any other related field or CPA qualifications.
2. At least two years working experience in finance.
3. Team player and able to work with minimal supervision.
4. Proficiency in accounting software.
5. Keen on details.
6. Good communication and reporting skill.
