Human Capital Business Solutions Ltd is hiring a Corporate Sales Executive responsible for developing, maintaining and nurturing corporate business through Advertising agencies and other corporate organizations.

Human Capital Business Solutions Ltd is a Boutique HR Advisory Firm that specializes in strategic HR Consulting, Talent Acquisition & Development, Risk Management and Business Process Outsourced Services with our Headquarters based in Uganda and Country Office in Tanzania.

On behalf of our client in the Media and Broadcasting Sector, we are looking for a competent and experienced

Corporate Sales Executive

to be based in Kampala

Reports To

: Sales Director.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Selling the company’s airtime.

Develop sales strategy.

Develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.

Keep the company’s corporate clients informed of the progress and changes in programmes.

Develop and keep a database of corporate market intelligence.

Maintain and develop links with advertising agencies and corporate advertisers.

Develop and carry out marketable promotions with advertisers.

Attend the monthly Heads of Department meetings.

Create an evaluation and assessment system for Corporate Sales.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration or related field

Master’s Degree in Business Administration is an advantage

Five years’ experience in sales and marketing

Experience in marketing and sales of commercial Broadcasting is an advantage.

Excellent sales skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills
