Cavendish University Uganda (CUU) is seeking a dynamic and visionary
Careers and Employability Manager
to lead the design and delivery of innovative employability programmes that enhance our students’ career readiness and graduate outcomes. This role will provide strategic direction for the Careers and Employability Department, working closely with academic leaders, employers, alumni, and industry partners to create impactful opportunities for students and graduates.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong partnerships with employers and industry partners to secure internships, workplace opportunities, and career pathways.
Design and deliver career programmes, workshops, and guidance sessions aligned with industry needs.
Foster alumni engagements, mentoring, networking and collaboration to support student employability
Lead data – driven reporting analysis and evaluation of career and employability initiatives
Provide strategic leadership and effective people management within the Careers and Employability Department
Promote continuous professional development, innovation and best practice

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Human Resource, business- or ICT-related discipline.
