Norbrook Laboratories Limited is hiring an Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration within the assigned territory. This role involves leading and coaching a team of Senior/ Technical Sales Representatives, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership with a proven ability to build customer loyalty, analyze market trends, and deliver sustainable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Senior/ Technical Sales Representatives
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional targets.
Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships.
Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product trainings
Drive market penetration, product launches, and sales promotions.
Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and compliance with pricing policies.
Analyze market trends and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and pharmacovigilance regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Animal Health or related field.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales team management.
Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and market analysis skills.
