Requirements

• • Proven hands-on experience in air conditioning repair and maintenance

  • Technical certification or diploma in HVAC or related field is preferred

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently

  • Familiarity with different brands and models of AC units

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Physically fit and able to handle tools and equipment safely

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in various types of AC units (split, window, central)

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and testing electrical components

• Repair or replace faulty parts including compressors, fans, capacitors, and thermostats

• Install and uninstall air conditioning systems when needed

• Provide accurate and transparent cost estimates for repairs and maintenance

• Educate clients on proper use and upkeep to prolong system lifespan

• Maintain safety standards and comply with manufacturer guidelines

• Keep records of service calls, repairs, and parts used
