You’ll leverage your expertise in language, grammar, and transcription to enhance cutting-edge AI technologies, working remotely alongside a team of passionate professionals. Key Responsibilities Transcribe audio and video content with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Review, edit, and annotate transcripts, ensuring linguistic precision and adherence to project guidelines. Train, evaluate, and refine AI speech recognition models by providing detailed feedback and corrections. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve language processing challenges. Maintain strict confidentiality and data security standards throughout all tasks. Document processes and share insights to help improve AI training workflows. Proactively communicate issues and suggestions to improve output quality and team efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications Exceptional mastery of grammar, spelling, and language conventions in English. Demonstrated experience as a Subtitler, Captioner, Closed Captioning Specialist, Transcriptionist, ASR Post-Editor, or ASR Specialist. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering error-free work. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Superior active listening and comprehension skills. Proficiency in both written and verbal communication, with a focus on clarity and care. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous exposure to AI training projects or familiarity with machine learning workflows. Experience working with diverse content types and complex subject matter.
