About the job Social Media Content Growth Strategist Scope: Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter) Type: Freelance / Consultant / Knowledge Exchange Executive Summary We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Content Growth Expert to provide strategic oversight and actionable growth methodologies for Instagram, TikTok, and X. This role is designed for a practitioner with a verifiable track record of scaling accounts through data-backed strategies rather than theoretical concepts. The primary objective is to facilitate a knowledge exchange focused on reverse-engineering successful workflows and establishing a systematic approach to channel growth. Core Requirements 1. Proven Growth Record Demonstrated success in building and managing one or more social media accounts with a minimum of 10,000 followers (preference given to candidates with 50,000 to 100,000+ followers). Ability to provide verifiable evidence of results, including analytics screenshots, high-retention video metrics, and comprehensive case studies. 2. Strategic Content Mastery Deep understanding of short-form content mechanics, specifically regarding hook psychology and retention optimization. Expertise in viral frameworks, storytelling patterns, and niche positioning. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to articulate the "why" behind content iteration and performance. 3. Practical Execution & Workflow Advanced skills in scriptwriting for short-form video and an intuitive grasp of editing rhythm and pacing. Logic-based approach to thumbnail and cover optimization. Documented workflow or "playbook" that can be translated into replicable steps for a broader team. Preferred Qualifications Scalability: Experience building content pipelines or "content factories" to maintain high-output production. Analytical Proficiency: Ability to interpret retention charts and audience insights to pivot strategy in real-time. Format Expertise: Mastery of trending sounds, cultural zeitgeists, and meme-based marketing. Cross-Platform Adaptation: Proven frameworks for repurposing content across multiple platforms while maintaining native engagement. Conversion & Monetization: Experience transitioning followers into owned communities (e.g., Newsletters, Telegram, Discord) and implementing monetization funnels (UGC, sponsorships, or digital products). Objectives of the Engagement Methodology Transfer: Deconstruct successful growth patterns into a structured curriculum or set of SOPs. Workflow Optimization: Review and refine existing production schedules, batching techniques, and hook libraries.
