JOB DETAILS: Job Description We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a strong background in mobile application design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating user needs and business requirements into intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design solutions that are not only visually appealing but also user-centric and technically feasible in detail... Responsibilities Design and deliver wireframes, mockups, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes for mobile and web applications Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and engaging interfaces. Conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to understand user behaviors and pain points. Develop personas, journey maps, and information architecture to guide design decisions Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and responsive design best practices Collaborate with developers and product teams throughout the design and development lifecycle Maintain and evolve the design system and style guides for consistency across products. Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders for feedback and alignment. Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of two (2) years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on mobile application development Proven expertise in user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, InVision, or equivalent Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and developing personas and journey maps Strong understanding of mobile design patterns, responsive design principles, and WCAG accessibility guidelines Demonstrated ability to create and manage design systems Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
