DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote real estate properties.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
• Create content for digital platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing campaigns.
• Assist in organizing property viewings, open houses, and other marketing events.
• Help manage client relationships and provide customer support.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior marketing staff to brainstorm new marketing ideas and tactics.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior work exposure or internship experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media.
• Proactive, energetic, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
