We are seeking an ambitious Graduate Trainee – Software Engineer to join our fast-paced fintech team. The role offers hands-on experience in software development, system monitoring, and technical support. Ideal candidates are tech-driven, curious, and eager to learn while contributing to real-world digital financial solutions.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

·       Provide first-line technical support by troubleshooting and resolving software and system-related issues.

·       Monitor transaction flows, system performance, and uptime for internal and external platforms.

·       Assist in API integrations, working closely with developers, clients, and product teams to ensure smooth implementation.

·       Participate in software testing, bug identification, and regression testing to ensure product reliability.

·       Maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and internal troubleshooting guides.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, and Customer Success, to ensure timely issue resolution.

·       Learn and apply agile development practices while supporting engineering sprints and team activities.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

·       At least 1 year of experience (internship) in software development or technical support.

·       Basic knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript and Node.js.

·       Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and RESTful services.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·       High attention to detail, accountability, and a willingness to learn.

·       Exposure to fintech or technology environments will be an added advantage.
