Key Responsibilities

•   Supervise and coordinate all floor operations including production, packaging, labeling, and order fulfillment.

•   Plan daily workloads and allocate duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

•   Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately, packaged attractively, and

  dispatched on time.

•   Maintain high standards of product presentation, quality, and consistency.

•   Monitor and manage floor staff attendance, performance, and compliance with company

  policies.

•   Conduct daily and weekly briefings to communicate work plans, priorities, and updates to

  the team.

•   Maintain proper organization, cleanliness, and safety of the production floor.

•   Liaise with procurement and inventory teams to ensure adequate stock of packaging

  materials and supplies.

•   Track stock movement and assist with regular inventory counts and reconciliations.

•   Support HR in staff supervision, onboarding, training, and disciplinary management.

•   Enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and health and safety

  guidelines.

•   Address any operational bottlenecks or process inefficiencies promptly.

•   Monitor workflow to identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements.

•   Foster teamwork, motivation, and accountability among the floor staff.

•   Collaborate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.

•   Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly floor performance reports with management.

•   Maintain high levels of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus in all activities.

•   Support company projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational excellence.

  Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

•   Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

•   Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory or floor management role, preferably in retail, gifting, or production environments.

•   Strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills.

•   Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

•   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP

  or inventory systems is an added advantage.

•   Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure.

•   High attention to detail, accountability, and problem-solving mindset.

•   Must be flexible, reliable, and able to work in a dynamic team environment.
