Minimum Requirements:

• Age: 35 years and above
• Experience: 2–3 years in a busy kitchen environment
• Certification in Food Handling and Preparation
• Must be based in or near Syokimau

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to set menus and customer preferences
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Manage kitchen inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients
• Assist in menu planning and cost control
• Ensure timely meal preparation and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
• Knowledge of local and international cuisines is an added advantage

Salary: KES 20,000 per month
