Baikal Financial Services is hiring a Loan Officer responsible for evaluating and processing loan applications, assessing clients’ financial status and creditworthiness, and developing strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✓ Evaluate & process two-wheelers loan applications thoroughly
✓ Assess clients’ financial status & creditworthiness
✓ Develop & maintain strong client relationships
✓ Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures
✓ Follow up on repayments & maintain detailed records QUALIFICATIONS✓ Degree/Diploma in Finance, Business, or related disciplines
✓ 2+ years experience in lending/credit (added advantage)
✓ Strong analytical & interpersonal skills
✓ Excellent communication abilities
✓ Integrity & customer-focused mindset
✓ Computer Skills (Excel, email proficiency)HOW TO APPLY
