The Director of Operations at True Talents of Africa International Football Academy will be responsible for leading and managing all operational, administrative, procurement, and facility functions of the academy and school in Tigoni, Kiambu County. This leadership role ensures that the academy runs efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with KRA, NEMA, and Ministry of Education standards. The Director will oversee vendor sourcing and contract management, budgeting, inventory control, and operational systems that promote accountability and transparency. Working closely with academic, sports, and residential teams, the Director will coordinate daily operations and long-term planning to optimize performance across departments. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with proven experience in institutional management, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and a passion for supporting youth development through education and sport.
