On behalf of our client TOTAL ENERGIES , we are looking for a competent , skilled, and experienced Resourcing Officer to work in Kampala Reports to: Resourcing Lead Location: Position Gap: 1 Activities The main responsibility of the position holder’s: Participate in the recruitment process from sourcing and assessment of candidates, to on-boarding and inductions. Prepare job adverts for the recruitment agencies, the media and the Careers website. Actively participate and follow up with the recruitment agencies regarding Screening of resumes, setup appointments and follow-up of candidates, participate in interviews, and in the final decision. Follow up with recruitment agencies on recruitment status and administration for contracted staff. Follow up on invoicing from agencies to ensure accuracy.
