Our client in the security industry is seeking to recruit a Sales Advisor in the Eldoret region who will be responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts and the region.

Job Description/Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
● Execute on the security industry’s regional expansion strategy.
● Maintain relationships with engineers, contractors, and MEPs to open the door for projects in the regions.
● Drive growth in the above areas and focus on regional expansion by increasing sales in the regions.
● Source for new guarding and electronic systems clients as per the monthly targets.
● Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate sales prices and discounts in consultation with the Head of Department.
● Maintain strong client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance, while managing new client accounts.
● Build and maintain relationships with people - our teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
● Develop go-to-market plans and lead the execution of market entry initiatives.
● Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
● Manage the quality and consistency of product and service delivery and uphold the Company Image.
Minimum Requirements and Competencies
● A Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant business-related field.
● Must have five (5) years of continuous work experience in the relevant field.
● Presentable with good communication skills.
● Able to persuade and close sales.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
● Self-motivated with experience in developing sales pipelines.
● Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
