- Experience Level : Mid level

Job Description/Requirements
Key Roles/Tasks.
1. Develop effective security operation systems and processes
2. Frequently undertake assignment risk assessments audits and generate reports
3. Review and administer standard operating procedures for all assignments
4. Labour planning on off duty and leave plans for Security Officers
5. Manage incidents by undertaking investigation effectively and efficiently
6. Institute disciplinary action on Operation staff under command
7. Ensure the assignments are well covered by replacing absentee security officers
8. Spot check the Occurrence books and assignment checklists on site in line with supervision management
9. Check and approve payroll and ensure all security officers are captured.
10. Brief the security officers on all assignment operating procedures
11. Evaluate the performance of the operation staff under command and recommend training or coaching sessions on need basis
12. Carry out market intelligence and give feedback to management
13. Actively engage in branch development and growth activities
Qualifications and key skills
• Must have atleast five year’s experience in management of security guards under Private Security Industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
• Excellent communication skills, report writing skills and fully computer literate.
• Resilient under pressure and ability to work with minimal supervision.
