Key Responsibilities
● Enter and maintain financial records and invoices with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
● Manage petty cash, ensuring all disbursements are properly supported, reconciled, and reported in line with policy.
● Scan, file, and maintain vouchers, invoices, bank documents, and other finance records promptly (electronic and physical).
● Vet, process, record, and file staff expense claims within set timelines.
● Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and preparation of schedules.
● Maintain stationery and administrative logs related to finance operations.
● Participate in assigned training and demonstrate consistent learning and improvement.
● Uphold confidentiality, compliance, and internal control standards at all times.

Qualifications & Experience
● Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● CPA 2 or its equivalent.
● 1 to 2 years’ experience in an accounting/finance support role (internship/entry-levelconsidered).
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with accounting systems.
● Knowledge of QuickBooks is an added advantage.
● Strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
● High integrity and a proactive, service-oriented attitude.
